Healthy Longevity Research Initiative

Two selected associations, the IRLB and the FRM, will share the proceeds of the charity auction, which will fetch €350,000.

The auction, organized with Sotheby's, the world's leading wine auctioneer, can include over 500 lots. It is the most famous and oldest charity wine auction in the world (1859).

True to its founding values, each year the Hospices de Beaune supports a charity by donating the proceeds from the sale of a piece of wine, known as the “Pièce du Président”, made from the oak used to restore the spire of Notre Dame in Paris.

Proceeds from the sale are earmarked for heritage maintenance and the modernization of hospital buildings and equipment.
